Refund & Cancellation Policy – AR Bodyworks
We want you to be stoked with your AR Bodyworks merch. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds & Returns
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing.
Non-returnable items include:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-order products
Full Refund Eligibility
The only time a full refund is eligible is if delivery is delayed by more than two months from the original expected delivery date.
Example: If the original ETA was mid-late July and delivery is delayed past early October, a full refund can be requested.
Restarting the Delay Window
If we notify you of the delay and you choose to continue with your order, the two-month window resets from the new expected delivery date.
