 1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AR Bodyworks website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Changes to Terms

AR Bodyworks reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the AR Bodyworks website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to transmitting offensive, harmful, or objectionable content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AR Bodyworks and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy

Your use of the AR Bodyworks website and/ or Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AR Bodyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party.

All care is taken in the preparation of the information and published materials on this website. AR Bodyworks does not make any representations or give any warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permissible by law, AR Bodyworks will not be liable for any expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damages) or costs which might be incurred as a result of the information being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AR Bodyworks, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:

a)    All actions, suits, claims, demands. Liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with your content;

b)    Any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the website or attempts to do so; and/or

c)     Any breach of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. Venue and Jurisdiction

The Services offered by AR Bodyworks is intended to be viewed by residents of Australia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

10. Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.



AR Bodyworks – Promotions & Campaigns Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future promotional campaigns run by AR Bodyworks, including discounts, vouchers, and seasonal offers.

General Terms:

  1. Eligibility

    • Offers are valid for retail customers only.

    • Promotions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

    • One-time use per customer unless otherwise stated.

  2. Redemption Requirements

    • To claim an offer, the relevant promotion (e.g. discount code or physical voucher) must be mentioned or presented at the time of booking.

    • All bookings must be made, and vehicles dropped off by the deadline specified for each individual offer.

    • Offers are only valid for specified services (e.g. custom bodywork or full vehicle resprays), as detailed in each campaign.

  3. Validity & Deadlines

    • Each promotion includes its own validity period, which must be strictly followed.

    • Bookings made outside the promotional period do not qualify, even if they were initially discussed during the promotion.

  4. Exclusions

    • Promotions cannot be combined with any other AR Bodyworks discounts, vouchers, or special offers.

    • Offers do not apply to insurance jobs, basic repairs, parts, or services not specified in the promotion.

  5. Workshop Capacity & Limitations

    • All promotional bookings are subject to workshop availability.

    • AR Bodyworks reserves the right to limit the number of promotional bookings during peak periods.

  6. Amendments & Cancellation

    • AR Bodyworks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.

    • If a customer reschedules or cancels a booking, the offer may become void and subject to reapproval.

Store Credit Giveaway Terms

  • Store credit giveaways are awarded at AR Bodyworks’ discretion and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Store credit may only be used toward AR Bodyworks labour services and excludes parts, materials, and third-party costs.

  • Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

  • AR Bodyworks reserves the right to verify eligibility and may revoke store credit in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

  • In the event of cancellation, unused store credit will be forfeited.

    AR BODYWORKS “PEOPLE’S CHOICE” SPONSORSHIP – TERMS & CONDITIONS

    16 May 2026 Award

    The AR BODYWORKS “People’s Choice” Sponsorship (“Sponsorship”) is awarded to the selected winner of the AR BODYWORKS Car Show held on 16 May 2026 and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

    Sponsorship Inclusions

    The successful recipient will receive:

    • 25% off private labour services performed by AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD;

    • Sponsorship valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Sponsorship Agreement is signed;

    • VIP access and/or reserved placement at selected AR BODYWORKS events during the sponsorship period, where applicable.

    Sponsorship Conditions

    1. The 25% discount applies to labour charges only and does not apply to:

      • Parts and components;

      • Paint and materials;

      • Consumables;

      • Third-party or outsourced services;

      • Insurance-related repairs or claims;

      • Towing, storage, detailing, or subcontracted services.

    2. The Sponsorship is non-transferable and applies only to:

      • The approved recipient; and

      • The vehicle nominated in the Sponsorship Agreement.

    3. The Sponsorship cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, sponsorship, special offer, or pricing arrangement offered by AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD.

    4. The sponsored vehicle must display an official AR BODYWORKS sponsorship sticker on the rear window at all times during the Sponsorship period.

    5. The sponsorship sticker must remain clearly visible and must not be removed, covered, altered, damaged, or intentionally tampered with without prior written approval from AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD.

    6. If the sponsorship sticker becomes damaged, faded, detached, or unusable, the recipient must notify AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD as soon as reasonably possible so a replacement sticker can be arranged.

    7. The Sponsorship will automatically terminate if:

      • The vehicle is sold or ownership changes;

      • The sticker is removed without approval;

      • The recipient breaches these Terms & Conditions;

      • The recipient engages in conduct that may negatively impact the AR BODYWORKS brand or reputation.

    8. AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD reserves the right to:

      • Refuse service where reasonably necessary;

      • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time;

      • Cancel or terminate the Sponsorship at its discretion in the event of misuse or breach of conditions.

    Acceptance

    By accepting the Sponsorship, the recipient agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above and in the provided binding contract.
