Welcome to AR Bodyworks website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

AR Bodyworks reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use the AR Bodyworks website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to transmitting offensive, harmful, or objectionable content.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AR Bodyworks and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AR Bodyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party.
All care is taken in the preparation of the information and published materials on this website. AR Bodyworks does not make any representations or give any warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permissible by law, AR Bodyworks will not be liable for any expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damages) or costs which might be incurred as a result of the information being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.

You agree to indemnify AR Bodyworks, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:
a) All actions, suits, claims, demands. Liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with your content;
b) Any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the website or attempts to do so; and/or
c) Any breach of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
9. Venue and Jurisdiction
The Services offered by AR Bodyworks is intended to be viewed by residents of Australia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
10. Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
AR Bodyworks – Promotions & Campaigns Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future promotional campaigns run by AR Bodyworks, including discounts, vouchers, and seasonal offers.
General Terms:
Eligibility
Offers are valid for retail customers only.
Promotions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
One-time use per customer unless otherwise stated.
Redemption Requirements
To claim an offer, the relevant promotion (e.g. discount code or physical voucher) must be mentioned or presented at the time of booking.
All bookings must be made, and vehicles dropped off by the deadline specified for each individual offer.
Offers are only valid for specified services (e.g. custom bodywork or full vehicle resprays), as detailed in each campaign.
Validity & Deadlines
Each promotion includes its own validity period, which must be strictly followed.
Bookings made outside the promotional period do not qualify, even if they were initially discussed during the promotion.
Exclusions
Promotions cannot be combined with any other AR Bodyworks discounts, vouchers, or special offers.
Offers do not apply to insurance jobs, basic repairs, parts, or services not specified in the promotion.
Workshop Capacity & Limitations
All promotional bookings are subject to workshop availability.
AR Bodyworks reserves the right to limit the number of promotional bookings during peak periods.
Amendments & Cancellation
AR Bodyworks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
If a customer reschedules or cancels a booking, the offer may become void and subject to reapproval.
Examples of Active Promotions Covered by These Terms:
15% Off EOFY Promo (June 2025 Only)
Valid for custom bodywork and full vehicle resprays only.
Vehicle must be booked in and dropped off within June 2025.
Not valid with any other AR Bodyworks offers.
10% Off Voucher
Valid until 30th August 2025.
Coupon must be presented at time of booking.
Vehicle must be booked and dropped off on or before 30th August 2025.
Not valid with any other offers.
One-time use per customer.
